App not blocking?
Make sure you have granted Screen Time permission when prompted during onboarding. If you refused, delete and reinstall the app to see the permission prompt again.
How do I change blocked apps?
Tap the timer tab on the home screen. If you haven't selected apps yet, a prompt will appear. You can update your selection at any time.
How do I set up a schedule?
Tap the calendar icon on the home screen to switch to Schedules. Tap "+ New schedule" to create a recurring block with a name, time, days, and apps.
Can I end a break early?
Yes — tap "End break" on the home screen. The blocked apps will be immediately unblocked.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open the app, tap the menu (≡) in the top right, tap "Upgrade", then tap "Restore" at the bottom of the paywall.
