Data Collection & Attribution

Otis is designed to minimize personal data collection. We do not collect names, emails, or account information. However, we use AppsFlyer and TikTok for Business technology to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These services may collect technical identifiers (such as IDFA, IP address, and device information) to attribute app installations to our ads. This data is used strictly for marketing optimization and is not sold to third parties.

Screen Time API

Otis uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls) locally on your device. We have no access to which apps you block, your browsing history, or your usage patterns. All blocking logic happens on-device.

Anonymous Analytics

We use Mixpanel to collect anonymous usage analytics (such as screen views and feature engagement). This helps us improve Otis. No personal data, Screen Time data, or identifiable information is ever shared with Mixpanel.

Subscriptions & Payments

All purchases are handled securely by Apple and RevenueCat. Otis does not store or have access to your credit card or billing information. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies to the management of your subscription status.

No Account Required

Otis requires no account, no sign-in, and no personal profile. Your privacy is guaranteed by design, and your data stays where it belongs: with you.
